Each week, we’ll move through a gentle, grounding yoga practice before settling in for group discussion inspired by Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer — a beautiful book about connection, reciprocity, and honoring the earth.
You don’t need to be a seasoned yogi or a fast reader — just come as you are. We’ll move, breathe, reflect, and share in community. Think of it as your Sunday afternoon reset: a space to slow down, stretch out, and feed your soul.
